Refund, Cancellation and Dispute Policy

Effective October 28, 2026.

Nature of the product

A citation report is a digital research report delivered immediately after payment. Because it is delivered at once, there is nothing to cancel after delivery and there is no subscription or renewal.

14-day refund, no questions asked

If you are not satisfied for any reason, email support@priorbeacon.com (or reply to your receipt) within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full price to your original card. One refund per customer. We respond within two business days; Stripe typically returns the money to your card within 5–10 banking days.

Errors

If a report is materially inaccurate — for example it identifies the wrong application, or a promised section is missing — tell us at any time and we will correct it or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Disputes

Please contact us before opening a card dispute; a refund from us is faster. We keep delivery logs and the record of your acceptance of our Terms and will share them with the card network if a dispute is opened.
